    📦 Easy Returns — With Video Proof

    To keep things fair and smooth for everyone, we ask that you follow these steps for any return:

    What’s Eligible for Return?

    • Wrong product delivered

    • Damaged or defective item

    • Missing product or part

    • Item must be unused and in original condition

    🕒 You must request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order.


    🎥 Video Proof is a Must!

    To process your return smoothly, we require a proper unboxing video:

    • Start recording before opening the package

    • Show the outer box with the shipping label

    • Record the entire unboxing in one take (no cuts)

    • Clearly show the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.)

    🔴 No video = No return/refund.


    What Can’t Be Returned?

    • Items bought on sale or offer (unless damaged)

    • Used, worn, or washed items

    • Products returned without tags or original packaging

    🔁 How to Request a Return

    1. Email us at support@roseberries.in or message on WhatsApp

    2. Share your order number + unboxing video

    3. Wait for our team to verify and approve

    4. We’ll arrange a pickup (if eligible)

    5. Refund or replacement will be processed after quality check


    💸 Refund Timeline

    • Refunds take 5–7 business days once we receive and inspect the item.

    • You’ll receive the refund in your original payment method or as store credit.
